ADULT BALLET STRETCH
This gentle, basic ballet class is suitable for all abilities, all levels and all ages focusing on stretching the muscles and increasing flexibility and fitness through gentle ballet exercises. For those who danced when they were younger and would like to take it back up or those who have never tried but have always fancied giving it a go. Exercising through dance training at least once a week will improve energy levels, flexibility and brain function as well as strengthening the bones, muscles and the body’s defence mechanisms.
